G-Dragon and Seungri shared a time when their relationship was on the rocks.
On May 21, BIGBANG appeared as guests on KBS′Happy Together in the BIGBANG Special.
The conversation turned to Seungri, as Taeyang explained that he and G-Dragon were watching an old audition program where Seungri was a contestant and worried about what would happen if a kid like Seungri would come under them.
"Then the next week, that kid really came," said G-Dragon, making everyone laugh.
"G-Dragon actually didn′t like the idea of becoming a group," said Seungri, explaining that G-Dragon and Taeyang trained for so long to become a hip-hop duo, only to find out that the plan has suddenly changed.
Seungri shared that he overheard G-Dragon complaining about the new group and not wanting to be part of it. "G-Dragon then saw me and he just passed by without saying anything. We didn′t talk for three months," explained Seungri, sharing that he was treated like an invisible man by G-Dragon.
"But three months later, there was something that made us really close," said Seungri, building anticipation. "We both got really into this drama called Princess Hours."
As everyone burst out laughing at the unexpected reason for reconciliation, Taeyang added that G-Dragon really likes historical dramas, especially Queen Seon Deok.
"He came the next day with puffy eyes for a schedule. I asked him if something was wrong, and he said he cried all night because Queen Seon Deok was so sad," said Taeyang.
Seungri then added that he believes G-Dragon became a good leader after watching Queen Seok Deok, even posting good quotes from the drama on his SNS.
