[NEWS] G-DRAGON’s “UNTITLED” Tops All the Charts and Its MV Posted 10 Million Views, Breaking New Records


The music video of G-DRAGON’s “UNTITLED” surpassed 10 million views in just two days after its release, demonstrating its enormous popularity.

As of 3 PM on June 11, “UNTITLED” music video posted 10,017,256 views on YouTube.

The music video was shot against a simple background, enabling G-DRAGON’s emotional acting, sad melody and lyrics to really stand out. The original plan was to film the music video in several sets, but G-DRAGON’s acting was so good that the music video was filmed in just a single take.

G-DRAGON has topped all the charts in Korea and is expected to do continue doing so for some time.

As of 9 AM on June 11, the title track of G-DRAGON’s new album “UNTITLED” was No.1 on the charts of Melon, Genie, Naver, Bugs, Mnet, Soribada, Olleh, and Monkey3. Other songs in his album such as “BULLSHIT” and “SUPER STAR” are also ranking high on the charts. The music video of “UNTITLED” posted 9,609,970 views on YouTube and is about to pass the 10 million mark in just two days after its release.

G-DRAGON (KWON JI YONG) alone was enough to fill the stage.

He filled the dozen-meter long stage wearing unique costumes, and the Seoul World Cup Stadium was filled with people from the ground to its third floor.

Even foreigner fans were spotted at the concert, and the audience sang the songs together with G-DRAGON. The stadium was filled with yellow light sticks waving to his every word and gestures. The tickets cost 110,000 won per seat, and the total ticket sale amounted to 440 billion won.
