G-DRAGON and TAEYANG from group BIGBANG are arousing much attention with their producing capabilities.
‘WHO IS WIN: NEXT’, aired on Sept 27 at 10p.m. through Mnet is YG’s survival program for 11 of its trainees. The contestants of the show were being trained by G-DRAGON and TAEYANG for the very first battle.
TAEYANG in charge of Team A and G-DRAGON of Team B, the two drew attention by showing an excellent producing skills.
TAEYANG advised Team A just before the performance, “You lose when you are nervous. You have to be excited about it,” while criticizing their “uncoordinated harmony”.
Behind the scene, TAEYANG personally helped the team achieve perfect harmony and finally advised that they should “look at what’s in front of them and concentrate on the music.”
G-DRAGON also drew much attention by meticulously advising Team B. He said, “You have to utilize the entire stage.”
He added, “Don’t try to do a good job. You are already good,” and joked, “You shouldn’t care about how popular you are, because I, your mentor, is already really popular.”
WIN is YG Entertainment’s real survival program that will determine the formation of the first boy group in 7 years since BIGBANG. It will be aired for 10 weeks.
The two Teams A (Kang Seung Yoon, Lee Seung Hoon, Song Min Ho, Kim Jin Woo, Nam Tae Hyun) with an average of 20 and B (B.I., Bobby, Kim Jin Hwan, Kim Dong Hyuk, Koo Jun Hoe, Song Yoon Hyung) with an average age of 17 are put in fierce battles to make a debut as a new boy group.
