TAEYANG returns with a new song ‘Ringa Linga’ for the first time in 3 years. And the song is already attracting much attention as BIGBANG’s leader and TAEYANG’s 13 year-old friend G-DRAGON not only wrote the lyrics to the song but also co-composed it with foreign composers.

But what’s more exciting is that it is the first time for G-DRAGON to participate in TAEYANG’s solo title song.

‘Ringa Linga’ is not only the first song in 3 years for TAEYANG, but it is also the firs title song of his 2nd full album. As a producer, G-DRAGON has composed countless songs for BIGBANG and also for himself, but him being involved in writing and composing the song for TAEYANG’s title track is unprecedented.

Until now, TAEYANG has been known for his unique color showed in the sentimental, medium-tempo R&B songs like ‘Only Look At Me’, ‘I Need a Girl’, and ‘Wedding Dress’, so the expectations for the new song is simply heightening as G-DRAGON, who has a very strong voice in rap and hip-hop was in charge of writing and composing the song. Many are curious to see what kind of transformation TAEYANG would go through in his latest album.

TAEYANG, this afternoon (Nov 1) unveiled a teaser image of his music video through YG Entertainment’s official blog YG-LIFE. TAEYANG’s face is half covered by a black turtleneck sweater, while only showing a unique trace of thick eyeliner that blankets his eyelids. On his forehead reads ‘RISE’ written in hieroglyphics in pitch black, which adds to his charisma. All the mystique feelings are making the fans even more excited.

TAEYANG will unveil his new song ‘Ringa Linga’ on Nov 8 as he kicks off television promotions. Many are waiting to see what TAEYANG, the charismatic artist who is known for his special talents, has prepared in terms of choreography and performances this time for the fans.
