Five days have passed since BIGBANG released their new singles, and they are still rocking the charts.
Their new single “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” – which was released on August 5- took the No. 1 spot on the charts of Melon, Olleh Music, Bugs Music, Mnet, Genie, Naver Music, and Soribada as of 8 AM August 9.
GD&T.O.P’s “ZUTTER” is right behind its heels ranking second or third on the charts. As of 8 AM August 9, it topped the iTunes Singles Chart in Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam, demonstrating BIGBANG’s huge popularity both home and abroad.
The “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” MV, which shows members in a sweet yet bitter romance, and the powerful “ZUTTER” MV by GD&T.O.P posted 7,179,815 and 5,781,111 views respectively on Youtube as of 8 AM August 9. Combined, the MVs surpassed 12 million Youtube views, and this has become a hot news online.
BIGBANG is to perform “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” and “ZUTTER” for the first time in SBS’s Inkigayo on August 9. Expectations are running high on how BIGBANG will capture the hearts of fans with their dazzling performance and powerful stage.
In addition to promoting their new singles, BIGBANG is currently on a world tour. They will perform in Nanjing, China later on August 8 and continue on with their world tour by holding 70 concerts in 15 countries such as the US and Canada, set to meet 1.4 million fans worldwide.
