The only rival of group BIGBANG who has come back after three years of absence was BIGBANG.

BIGBANG’s new song “LOSER” and “BAE BAE” released on May 1 at 0 o’clock are showing formidable power on music charts, taking No.1 and No.2 on nine major charts. Notably, the songs are drawing all the more attention, as both of them “kicked through the roof” (a situation in which real-time streaming volume on Melon chart reaches its peak) on Korea’s biggest music-streaming website Melon. Such a case of two songs released by one singer “kicking through the roof” at the same time has been unprecedented so far.

“LOSER” is the song that shows bigger power, taking No.1 on nine major charts. It is a song that expresses the feelings of a loner. Its beat is not that strong and the tempo is not that quick, but the calm and rhythmical rap and the catchy repeat part leave a deep impression to listeners.

Such features of the song seem to be perfectly appealing to the public. “LOSER” is proving its explosive popularity on Melon, “kicking through the roof” for seven times until 9am on May 1.

People are paying keen attention also to how long “LOSER” and “BAE BAE” will stay in the No.1 and No.2 places on charts, and what other records the two songs will set.

Meanwhile, beginning from May 1, BIGBANG is carrying out “MADE” project in which they release more than one songs in project single “M” to “D” on the 1 of every month until August. Then, the complete album “MADE” will be released on September 1.
