BIGBANG’s best album released in Japan has been topping Japan’s Oricon Chart for 3 consecutive weeks, proving their extraordinary popularity.
According to Japan’s largest music chart Oricon on Nov 29, BIGBANG’s “THE BEST OF BIGBANG 2006-2014” released on Nov 26 sold a whopping 5,312 on the third day, topping the chart.
On the first day of release the five members sold 93,226 copies, topping the chart at once, while also breaking the record of BIGBANG’s history in Japan.
The album features songs from 2009 “MY HEAVEN,” which is the Japan debut song, and others like “FANTASTIC BABY,” and songs from “ALIVE MONSTER EDITION.” Apart from them, there are also their solo and hit songs across 3 CDs.
BIGBANG is currently performing for the local fans as part of “BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR.”
