BIGBANG’s member G-DRAGON received “Most Popular Korean & Japanese Artist Award” at QQ Music Awards held by QQ Music, China’s biggest music-streaming website.
G-DRAGON proved his high popularity in China, by receiving “Most Popular Korean and Japanese Artist Award” at QQ Music Awards held on the 27 this month at Shenzhen, China. Chinese top stars including Jay Chou, JJ Lin, and Jolin Tsai attended the awards and G-DRAGON expressed his gratitude to fans through VCR, as he could not stand on the stage of the awards because of another schedule.

12 of K-pop singers and groups, including G-DRAGON and TAEYANG of BIGBANG and f(x), are capturing the hearts of Chinese fans through “Simply K-Pop Tour” in Shanghai.
The concert for the Simply K-Pop Tour was held in Shanghai Mercedes-Benz Arena at 7 p.m. on the 22th with about 10,000 fans and it was organized by Arirang TV, Shanghai Dragon TV, and hosted by Entercrew and F.M. Media. Before the concert, on the 21st, a press conference was held at the Shanghai Intercontinental Hotel and eager reporters from more than 50 Chinese and foreign media outlets attended the conference.

The DVD that contains footages of BIGBANG’s JAPAN DOME TOUR ranked first in the Oricon Chart.
On Mar. 19, according to the Oricon Chart, BIGBANG’s 'JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013~2014’ DVD ranked first in the Oricon Daily DVD Chart and Music DVD Chart on the day it was released.
On Mar. 12, BIGBANG TOP’s first solo pictorial records recorded first in the DVD Chart, and in just about a week, BIGBANG’s JAPAN DOME TOUR DVD once again topped the chart, which shows the firm standing BIGBANG has in Japan.

[NEWS] BIGBANG to Return After 2 Years with a New Album in Summer
On March 19, enews spoke with a YG Entertainment rep, who stated, “BIGBANG has begun album productions with a summer comeback as a goal. There are no details just yet, but the comeback will happen within the summer.”
After releasing their special album in June of 2012, BIGBANG has focused on concerts in and out of Korea. With two years of hiatus, fans are anticipating BIGBANG’s upcoming new album.

The sound sources of “Dirty Vibe,” which was made by the world-famous dubstep DJ Skrillex in collaboration with BIGBANG’S G-DRAGON and 2NE1’s CL, was released.
On Mar. 18, Skrillex released his new album “Recess” where his title song “Dirty Vibe” was included. The sound sources of the album was uploaded on various Korean online music sites, as well.
