[NEWS] BIGBANG’s Comeback after 3 Years of Absence D-1… What Kind of Music Will They Present?

Finally, BIGBANG’s comeback as a complete team after three years of absence is only one day away.

On April 30 at 0 o’clock, YG Entertainment (“YG”) posted the poster of project “M” of BIGBANG to finally come back tomorrow, to further raise fans’ excitement, on YG’s official blog (www.yg-life.com).

The black-and-white poster shows five BIGBANG members in the order of G-DRAGON, DAESUNG, TAEYANG, SEUNGRI, and T.O.P, who are walking toward somewhere. Above the members, an eye-catching phrase saying “LOSER” and “BAE BAE”, the title tracks of project “M”, as well as “D-1”, are suggesting that BIGBANG’s comeback is imminent.

Before the new poster, YG unveiled a teaser image that showed BIGBANG members’ unique styling and the new album’s concept. After the teaser image, another poster that showed the title tracks’ names and the fact that G-DRAGON, T.O.P, TAEYANG, and TEDDY took part in writing the new songs was also unveiled, to draw keen attention from fans even before the team’s comeback.

Title tracks “LOSER” and “BAE BAE” were unveiled for the first time, on the stage of “BIGBANG 2015 WORLD TOUR ‘MADE’ IN SEOUL WITH NAVER” held on April 25 and 26 at Olympic Gymnastics Hall located in Seoul. First title track “LOSER” is a song with a catchy sentimental melody, which talks about a man who calls himself a loser.

Second title track “BAE BAE” also drew keen attention, with its catchy chorus and unique-styled lyrics that talks about a wish to maintain the love as beautiful as now.

“LOSER” and “BAE BAE” are new songs to be released by BIGBANG after three years of break. They will be unveiled on/off-line on May 1. Beginning from the first project “M” of “MADE SERIES”, BIGBANG will release a project single album with more than one songs every month from May to August, to finally release complete “MADE” album on September 1.

Meanwhile, on April 28 (local time), American Billboard posted preview articles about “LOSER” and “BAE BAE”, expressing their high expectations for BIGBANG by saying, “After nearly three years away from the K-pop scene… BIGBANG is back in a big way with the boy band’s comeback looking more than five times as nice”.
