[NEWS] BIGBANG`S SAPPORO CONCERT IN JAPAN DRAWS 45,000 FANS WITH THEIR TOUR COMING TO AN END
BIGBANG `s Sapporo concert was a huge success, enthralling 45,000 Japanese fans.
BIGBANG is the first foreign artist in history to have a 6-dome tour in Japan with their “BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013-2014”. The tour began in November last year and there is only one more concert left.
The Sapporo Dome concert, held on the 4th, kicked off with BIGBANG singing “Haru Haru” in Japanese. Their three hour stage was filled with heat as BIGBANG sang their biggest hits, such as “My Heaven”, “Gara Gara Go!-the very song that won them the ‘Best New Artist’ at the 51st Japan Record Awards”, “Fantastic Baby”, and “Bad Boy”.
Their solo stages were another joy for the fans. G-DRAGON sang “Crooked”, TAEYANG sang “RINGA LINGA”, T.O.P sang “DOOM DADA”, DAESUNG sang “Wings”, and SEUNGRI sang “Gotta Talk To U”.
YG Entertainment, the company that represents BIGBANG, announced, “When the boys were doing their encore, T.O.P came up on the stage wearing the baby head that appeared in his “DOOM DADA” music video and the fans loved it.” They added, “The Sapporo concert was breathtaking and fabulous with BIGBANG singing 30 of their hit songs. The fans even requested two encores.”
BIGBANG started their Japanese 6-dome tour at Saitama`s Seibu Dome in November last year. The following concerts at Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Tokyo Domes and this time`s Sapporo Dome concert were huge successes. The Kyocera Dome concert in Osaka, scheduled to be held from 11th till 13th, will be the last concert of BIGBANG `s three-month long tour.
