[NEWS] BIGBANG Kicks off 6 Dome Tour in Japan on the 16, 770,000 Audience Expected


Idol boy band BIGBANG (G-DRAON, T.O.P., SEUNGRI, TAEYANG, DAE SUNG), holds dome tour concert in Japan.

According to BIGBANG’s agency YG Entertainment (“YG”) on the 14, BIGBANG holds a concert in Japan starting from the 16, touring six cities in the country. BIGBANG’s six dome tour concert is the first-ever case for a foreign singer, and the second case in Japan, following Japanese artist Mr. Children.

The dome tour concert starts at Saitama Seibu Dome on November 16 and 17, then it will be held at Osaka Kyocera Dome on November 29 through December 1, at Fukuoka Yafuoku Dome on December 7 and 8, at Nagoya Dome on December 14 and 15, at Tokyo Dome on December 19 through 21, at Sapporo Dome on January 4 next year, and at Osaka Kyocera Dome again on January 11 and 12 next year.

BIGBANG originally planned to hold 15 concerts, but added one more on January 13 in Osaka, so total 16 concerts will be held, which are expected to attract more than 770,000 people.

For the tour, BIGBANG departs to Japan on the 15.

Meanwhile, in the second half of this year, SEUNGRI and G-DRAGON have successfully rounded off their solo performance in Korea, and recently, TAEYANG has released a solo album, which has been enjoying a high popularity. T.O.P, who also acts for films, will release new songs on the 15, as a solo artist.
