From the top of the K-Pop music charts to the Billboard 200 chart, idol group Big Bang is undoubtedly making its mark in the global music industry, most recently making the main page of the Grammy Awards website.
A photo of the Big Bang members, dressed in their signature printed duds, at the K-Collection in Seoul K-Pop Fashion Concert, which was held on March 11 at the Gymnastics Stadium in Seoul’s Olympic Park, is currently featured on the prestigious music award show’s main page with the headline “K-Pop Explosion: Korean boy band Big Bang go boom.”
The caption for the photo, which is also featured as the March 13 “Snapshot” under the photos section reads, “South Korean quintet Big Bang go kaboom during a performance in Seoul, Korea, on March 11.”
Having partnered with global events promoter Live Nation, Big Bang will be traversing 16 countries and 25 cities for its first world tour this year.
The boys are ready to take on the world, and it appears the world is clearly ready for the group to shake things up.
