As we reported earlier, Big Bang completed its promotions for the first half of 2011. On 25th June, Big Bang members, G-Dragon, Taeyang, Seungri and T.O.P, held a mini-concert titled "LG Optimus BIG Mini Concert", performing songs like "Last Farewell", "Lies", "Stupid Liar", "Love Song", "Sunset Glow" and more.
However, this event was incomparable to the events, we're used to see from Big Bang. An atmosphere of sadness filled the venue of the "LG Optimus BIG Mini Concert". Especially, Big Bang's energetic and fierce leader, G-Dragon, was very quiet and emotional that day. He seemed to be very sad over Daesung's incident and couldn't hold his tears back at some moments. Fan accounts state that G-Dragon especially got emotional when the audience chanted Daesung's name.
