American Billboard extolled group BIGBANG’s new album.
In a Billboard article released on December 13 (local time), the contrasting feels of “FXXX IT” and “LAST DANCE” were reviewed in detail.
The article explained the reason for BIGBANG’s success, saying, “Over the past decade together, BIGBANG shaped the Korean music industry through the unique musicality of their party bangers and poignant balladry, a balancing act that’s enabled the boy band to surpass international boundaries and shirk off the limitations of K-pop’s youth-focused industry.”
Just as they did last year, BIGBANG is sweeping charts this year as well.
“FXXX IT”, “LAST DANCE”, and “GIRLFRIEND”, the three new songs of BIGBANG’s new “MADE THE FULL ALBUM” released on December 12 at 12 o’clock in the night, are taking the first, second, and third places on the real-time charts of eight music-streaming websites in Korea, as of December 14 in the morning. The websites are: Melon, Mnet, Genie, Bugs, Olleh, Soribada, NAVER Music, and Monkey 3.
The album is in No.1 on the iTunes albums charts of 15 countries and in No.3 on the chart of the United States.
The music video of “FXXX IT” is recording 6,667,765 views and “LAST DANCE”, 5,358,376 views, on YouTube as of December 14 at 9AM, reaching as many as 12 million views together within two days of release.
