[NEWS] BIGBANG to Hold Fan Meetings in 8 More Cities to Meet 110,000 More Chinese Fans
Due to their huge popularity in China, BIGBANG decided to hold more fan meetings in eight cities.
At 1 PM on May 19, YG Entertainment revealed BIGBANG’s fan meeting tour poster titled “2016 BIGBANG MADE [V.I.P] TOUR”.
According to the poster, BIGBANG is to hold fan meetings in the eight Chinese cities of Shenyang, Foshan, Nanning, Qingdao, Harbin, Dalian, Chongqing, and Chengdu to meet 110,000 more of V.I.P fans in the months of June and July.
The first fan meeting will be held at the Shenyang Olympic Sports Center Stadium on June 3. Then, BIGBANG will hold fan meetings at the Foshan Century Lotus Sports Center on June 10, at the Guangxi Sports Center Main Stadium in Nanning on June 12, at the Qingdao Guoxin Stadium on June 19, at the Harbin International Exhibition Center Stadium on June 24, at the Zhongsheng Center in Dalian on June 24, at the Chongqing International Expo Center on July 1-2, and at the Chengdu Sports Center on July 3.
BIGBANG decided to do another fan meeting tour following the recent one in March to thank the Chinese fans for their support. During their previous tour, BIGBANG held fans meetings in a total of eight cities. All the tickets to these fan meetings were sold and proved BIGBANG’s strong ticket power in China.
BIGBANG have special plans for their fan meetings in June and July, and fans will be able participate more through events such as mini-concerts, talk breaks, games, and costume plays. Expectations are running high among the fans.
In addition, BIGBANG will hold more concerts to meet the expectations of their fans abroad.
They have already kicked off their Japan tour titled “BIGBANG FANCLUB EVENT ~FANTASTIC BABYS 2016~”, which will consist of 27 concerts in four Japanese cities in from April 22 to May 29.
On the upcoming July 29-31, BIGBANG will also hold concerts at the Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka. The concerts are held to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their debut and are expected to draw a total of 165,000 fans. In addition, BIGBANG will hold a large-scale concert in Korea during the summer this year.
