A video was released featuring G-DRAGON of BIGBANG singing “Happy Birthday To You” to YANG HYUN SUK, the CEO of YG Entertainment.
G-DRAGON uploaded this video on his Instagram page on January 15.
G-DRAGON and YANG HYUN SUK go back 15 years, and for YANG HYUN SUK’s birthday, G-DRAGON not only prepared a present but sang him the happy birthday song himself. The video shows them talking to each other as if they are close friends and not just a singer and his agent.
In the video, YANG HYUN SUK seemed to be taken aback when G-DRAGON suddenly started to sing and said something but it was replaced by beep sounds. A little while later, YANG HYUN SUK found out that they were being filmed and said, “What? But I just swore!” G-DRAGON laughed to YANG HYUN SUK’s jokes and wished him a happy birthday with all his heart.
Enough to prepare a surprise event for YANG HYUN SUK and they joked and talked to each other as if they are really close friends, and this made the fans smile. They have built a close friendship even though there is a big age gap between the two and YANG HYUN SUK is the CEO of G-DRAGON’s agency.
The fact that G-DRAGON calls YANG HYUN SUK “hyung” shows that they are close. YANG HYUN SUK saw that G-DRAGON had a special talent when he was 13 and made him join YG. They have worked together since then for 15 years and have built a special relationship.
