BIGBANG took the No.1 spot on Music Bank’s K-Chart.
On KBS 2TV’s Music Bank aired at 6PM on August 21, BIGBANG’s “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” became No.1 on its K-Chart beating B1A4’s Sweet Girl. This is the second time BIGBANG topped the chart of a TV music show, after winning first place on MBC’s Show! Music Core.
The fact that BIGBANG is sweeping the charts of TV music shows and music-streaming sites without appearing on TV shows to promote their album demonstrates their unrivaled popularity.
Starting with “LOSER” released on May 1, every single that BIGBANG released has topped the charts. In June, it was their “BANG BANG BANG” and in JULY “SOBER”. Now in August, their “LET’S NOT FALL IN LOVE” won them the trophy.
Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation, Hyuna, VIXX LR, Juniel, Wonder Girls, SG Wannabe, T-ara, B1A4, Baechigi(with Bohyung of Spica), Blady, Nop.k, Yoo Seung-woo, Im Tae-kyung, Kim So-jung, Stephanie, Yun Boon Hong, and Asha performed on Show! Music Core on August 21.
