[NEWS] Will Smith and Jaden Smith Show Interest in BIGBANG&G-DRAGON

Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith, the stars of the Hollywood blockbuster After Earth, showed great interest in Korean directors and artists.

The two spoke at the press conference held on May 7 in Seoul, and talked about what happened on the set of After Earth and how it felt to be in Korea.

When asked whether he had any Korean actors or directors he would like to work with in the future, Will Smith picked out director Park Chan Wook, saying that if the director happened to see the press conference, he would like to invite the director to dinner.

Will Smith also showed his attachment toward Korean singers, saying that if he was invited to Korea every year, he would get to meet more Korean artists.

After they entered Korea on May 5, Will Smith and Jaden Smith made issues for meeting with YG Entertainment′s Yang Hyun Suk, Teddy, BIGBANG′s G-Dragon, T.O.P and Taeyang, 2NE1′s CL and other YG staff. They had also previously shown a great interest in Korean artists.

Jaden Smith said he thought BIGBANG and G-Dragon were cool, and said that if they ever came to work together, they would be able to produce a creative piece.

Will Smith described Korea in general as a country that overflows with creativity, and emphasized he would like to feel and see just that during his visit in Korea.

He then joked that the women in Korea were so beautiful that he couldn′t stop staring, and that he felt like Psy′s ′mother father gentleman′.

After Earth is a blockbuster film about what happens when a father and son land on a barren Earth 1,000 years after the apocalypse. It premieres on May 30.
