In case you missed it, Korean pop stars G-Dragon and Taeyang were spotted sitting front row at many of the major shows in Paris during Fall/Winter 2014 men’s fashion week (along with Will Smith?) and even some of the Spring 2014 couture shows. In addition to taking in Juun J.’s Fall 2014 show, clad in white looks from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, they attended Lanvin, Rick Owens, the Hood by Air presentation and Chanel’s couture show – just to name a few. [NEWS] American Magazine Hollywood Reporter Spotlighted GD, “GD Has Gone Beyond Asia”
Singer G-DRAGON has come under the spotlight of American popular magazine “Hollywood Reporter”.
Hollywood Reporter is a sister magazine of Billboard magazine which has more than 80 years of history. Hollywood Reporter published a special feature titled “Pop Goes the World” recently, which covered globally-influential pop stars who are not from America, the birthplace of pop. G-DRAGON was introduced in the article, as one of nine pop stars who represent different countries, including Avril Lavigne from Canada, Ellie Goulding from the U.K., and Lorde from New Zealand.

BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON, aged 25, was selected as one of the top 100 most influential people in 2013.
The world-renowned web magazine HYPEBEAST selected GD as one of the 100 most influential figures of 2013. The only other South Korean on the list was Samsung’s chairman Lee Kun-hee.

[NEWS] THE GUARDIAN, GD & TAEYANG “THE REAL GLOBAL STARS”
BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON and TAEYANG are drawing attention, as the Guardian names them “the real global stars” of 2014 Paris Fashion Week.
The online edition of the Guardian wrote, with a photo of GD and TAEYANG watching Saint Laurent show in the front row, “Their legions of fans in native South Korea and Japan made sure the two of them – with TAEYANG in a checkerboard biker jacket, and G Dragon with blue hair – were Instagram’s stars of the Saint Laurent show.”
