Youthfulness is like a motorcycle!
Adults say that motorcycles are dangerous and tell us not to ride on them, but don’t the children ride on them anyway? They even pursue for speed. Youthfulness seems to be like that too. You’re at the age where you don’t want to do the things you are allowed to do and want to do things you’re not. When you’re over the speed limit, you might miss out. You won’t know the correct direction and will blindly move forward and there will be lots of twists and turns along the way.

The present me is like that and being a singer seems like I can’t be too sensible. I’m still worried though. I used to do things with no hesitation but nowadays, I need to consider all my options.

This seems to be the process of becoming an adult, but it shouldn’t be like that.

[NEWS] Korean Superstars GD&TOP and SEUNGRI to perform at the 2011 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX

Singapore, 24 August 2011 – Fans of K-pop have good reason to bring the house down this September at the 2011 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX. For the first time ever, Singapore GP has added the dynamic trio of Korean pop stars GD&TOP AND SEUNGRI to a line-up of world-class acts at the only Formula One night race.

Better known as G-Dragon, T.O.P. and Seungri of the massively popular band BIGBANG, this powerhouse trio will drive fans wild with their polished dance moves and infectious tracks at the Padang main stage (Zone 4) on Friday, 23 September.

G-Dragon and T.O.P. (GD&TOP) debuted with the album GD & TOP in 2010 and released three singles 'High High', 'Oh Yeah' and 'Knock Out'. Their music is a brilliant hybrid of hiphop and rap, infused with electro, pop and acoustic elements. With their edgy persona and a series of chart-topping successes, GD&TOP has quickly earned a reputation as the "ones to watch" in the Korean music industry.

Joining his BIGBANG mates is the multi-talented Seungri, a hip-hop performer, actor, record producer and songwriter who released his solo mini-album VVIP in 2011. While the album's groovy tracks like 'VVIP' and 'What Can I Do' showcase Seungri's vocal prowess, the music videos effectively demonstrate his magic on the dance floor.

[NEWS] Yang Hyun Suk denies rumors of Big Bang’s Daesung getting married

Big Bang’s Daesung was recently caught up in a bizarre round of rumors claiming that he would be getting married in September.

Rumors first began circulating online that Daesung would be getting married at a church in Seoul this September. Yang Hyun Suk of YG Entertainment has personally stepped up to immediately shut down the speculations.

On the morning of August 23rd, Yang Hyun Suk spoke through Star News and stated, “I heard such ridiculous rumors that I couldn’t help but talk to Daesung on the phone yesterday. I heard from Daesung himself that the rumors aren’t true, and that he doesn’t even have a girlfriend.”

Yang continued, “Thinking about it logically, do you seriously think he’s even in the position to be getting married right now?”

[NEWS] G-DRAGON DONATES LARGE SUMS OF MONEY ON HIS BIRTHDAY

Moved by his fans who donated 20 million won to charity in his name, G-Dragon has also donated a large amount of money in celebration of his birthday.

It was G-Dragon's 24th birthday on 18th and on that day, it was reported that his fans donated 2 million won to Seoul National University Children's Hospital. According to YGE, after learning this, G-Dragon wanted to donate money himself too. He has donated 50 million won in total.

G-Dragon told his fans previously that he won't be accepting their birthday gifts this year. He said he made this decision because he does not want to burden the fans, who always prepare carefully-selected presents for him every year.

G-Dragon's warm care has inspired the fans to step forward in order to help others. Instead of buying him gifts, they collected 20 million won and donated it to the Children's Hospital, which has drawn public attention. According to him, "It was nice to see the fans thinking about the people around us and their donations mean a lot to me." He also expressed that he is willing to do voluntary work. What he did has lay a milestone in idols fandoms.

G-Dragon further elaborated, "It was completely unexpected. I am really impressed by what the fans have done. I am already thankful for the support they give us each time. They have good hearts for being aware how many difficulties others are going through. Because of this, I would also like to donate 50 million won for Seoul National University Children's Hospital. This birthday is very likely the most memorable one that I have ever had."

In fact, G-Dragon has already taken part in YGE's "WITH" campaign and has been donating annually. The campaign started in 2009. It is an official campaign in which YGE donates part of the revenues received from their artists's performances and selling of merchandises.

G-Dragon said, "In the meantime, we are very busy on working on our music and it is difficult for us to have a lot of contact with the fans so I want to take this chance to do more positive things to the society."

Moreover, the 5th debut anniversary of Big Bang is on the next day (19th) so this carries a greater meaning.
