Radio Free Asia (RFA) has reported that young North Koreans are addicted to SNSD’s dances. According to the media, in addition to SNSD, names of other South Korean dance groups such as Big Bang are now familiar to many people in North Korea.

RFA also said that, according to a Chinese trader, “Disco is all the craze among the youth of Pyongyang in their 10s and 20s. The wealthy North Koreans try to teach their children South Korean dances and songs instead of musical instruments. A renowned instructor has emerged to teach this choreography.”

Also according to the trader, personal dance training from this instructor costs around $20 USD a month.

Lastly, it was revealed that, “People in their 20s and 30s are copying the hairstyles that they see in South Korean dramas.”

He is the member of the Big Bang and he is also the producer for the group. The sales record of the album released by G-Dragon is record breaking and it has dominated various sales charts too. There has been a shortage in the market for his solo album 'Heartbreaker' ever since it was released. Up til now, the sales record of this album has already reached 1 billion wons which is really surprising.

Although the album was released in August, 2007, 'Lies' of Big Bang is still greatly loved by the public. The song was released under the name of Big Bang but all of the royalties go to G-Dragon. G-Dragon's outstanding ability of being a producer was recognized since the song won the annual song award in MKMF 2007 (a prizes giving ceremony in Korea showbiz).

Photos from Big Bang’s endorsement signing ceremony with North Face on August 9th have been revealed.

The photos were uploaded to an online community on August 12th KST with the title, “Photos of new endorsement models for some clothing line, Big Bang,” with the above photos attached.

The photos showed the freewheeling members of Big Bang at the signing ceremony with North Face on August 9th.

The members playfully posed for the photos, as well as posing on the rock climbing wall provided at the store and sitting inside the tent, showing their childish, pure appeal.

Taeyang, in particular, caught attention by trying out the red sleeping bag.
