BIGBANG attracts much attention as it is said that they will perform a total of 8 songs on China’s Dragon TV for the lunar new year.
According to Sina Entertainment on Jan 29, BIGBANG will be making an appearance on Dragon TV’s special program for the spring new year festival. They have chosen 8 hit songs to perform.
It is quite unprecedented that China’s largest special program of the year is allocating that much time to one team, enough to perform 8 songs. Normally a group will sing 2 to 3 songs, so this is a true VIP treatment. All of the 8 songs will be BIGBANG’s hit songs.
BIGBANG’s scenes will be filmed in advance, and will be aired at 7:30 pm on Feb 19, the day of New Year through Dragon TV.
Apart from BIGBANG, another big artist Michael Bolton will be making an appearance on the same program, attracting much attention as well.
