[NEWS] YG FAMILY’S SINGAPORE CONCERT SUCCESSFULLY ROUNDED OFF


YG Entertainment successfully rounded off “YG FAMILY 2014 GALAXY TOUR : POWER IN SINGAPORE” held on the 13 and 14 at Singapore Indoor Stadium in cooperation with Samsung Galaxy.

2NE1 electrified the audience by starting the concert singing “CRUSH”, “COME BACK HOME”, and “GOTTA BE YOU”. 2NE1 has recently been meeting fans around the world by having the second world tour, which is the first-ever case for a Korean girl group. They also created sensation in and out of the country this year, with their second full-length album “CRUSH”.

EPIK HIGH further boomed up the atmosphere, by singing a parade of their hit songs including “FLY”, “WITH YOU”, “GET OUT THE WAY”, and “LOVE LOVE LOVE”. Next, WINNER also captivated the audience by displaying their veteran live performance of “GO UP”, “empty”, and “SMILE AGAIN”.

When global star BIGBANG sang “HARU HARU”, “BAD BOY”, and “FANTASTIC BABY”, fans sang along the chorus, driving the atmosphere of the concert to the climax.

Collaboration performances also shone at the concert. G-DRAGON and CL boasted a perfect harmony by singing “BADDEST MALE” arranged from CL’s solo song “BADDEST FEMALE”, as well as CL’s “MTBD”. Then, WINNER’s SONG MIN HO and 2NE1’s DARA sang T.O.P’s “DOOM DA DA” together, and BIGBANG’s DAESUNG and WINNER’s KANG SEUNG YOON sang 2NE1’s “UGLY” together, showing a fantastic collaboration.

After the collaboration performances, global star PSY, 2NE1, and BIGBANG followed to sing their hit songs in relay. Finally, all the YG Family came upon the stage, to sing 2NE1’s “GO AWAY”, BIGBANG’s “FANTASTIC BABY”, and PSY’s worldwide mega-hit “GANGNAM STYLE” all together, to drop the curtain of the concert in a fancy and passionate atmosphere. YG artists’ passion displayed on the stage was acclaimed and hailed by the audience.

YG Family’s overseas concert tour “YG FAMILY 2014 GALAXY TOUR” will continue to be held in cooperation with Samsung Electronics, the global mobile market leader, in Beijing, China, on October 19 and in Taiwan on October 25.
